im not from SG but i did signed up with them for afterwed photoshoot. it was earlier this year during their roadshow in Brunei. we pay full amount eventhough the wedding will be in Nov.

we had our concern at first. but once we get there for the shoot few weeks ago, we were very much satisfied with the service and all. they provide us a place to stay during the duration of the shoot. it tooks 2 days. 1 day for dress picking and 1 day for photoshoot. and the dress is gorgeous!

Hello all the Brides to be!!!

I am actually one of the brides whom have took up their package and really want to prompt you all about this bridal shop. This is the bridal shop that make me one unhappy bride! Although their price are low, and they might look like they have lots of gowns.. LOOK CAREFULLY! They actually do not have much choices. Probably not to my liking.. I have a very hard time looking for my Evening gown and my wedding gown. Only until even the day before, the dresses left me with no choice but to choose something that i do not like till the Person who served me bring out some gowns from behind.(i do not wan to name names.) Their photographer's skill was not very good though they say he is the BEST photographer in the studio.. ZZzzz.. We didnt even get to tok to the photographer or discuss about our wedding shots before we took it which i think its very unprofessional. I got ready all my stuff for my phototaking session. The theme and feel.. BUT endup being told that he is a photographer who dun take photos with theme or watsoever. -.-!! (like why didnt i was informed earlier?? wasted my time walking all over SINGAPORE to find the props and stuff that i wanted)

There are so many things so many things that happened that made me a very unhappy bride. WORST OF ALL.. the BOSS (RACHEL) does not even care about how her staff behaves and the service provided. She will appear like she's not the Boss.. and when you ask her something, she will ask you to ask her staff. So.. my question is.. Who are you going to find if there is anything you are not satisfied? NO ONE!

If i have a choice, i will not choose Feline bridal. It was a total disappointment.

I wish all the brides to be to be a happy bride and not face all these problems. Afterall it is once in a life time thing. Screw up means screw up. If you are running a business that deals with one's Biggest event in life.. you shouldnt be providing such service. There is no excuse for this.

I read upon a review saying that they totally forgot about the Newly wed's AD photographer.. ended up they have to find a replacement(Anyhow).. How are they going to pay for the losses? Afterall this day only happens for ONE DAY.. it will NEVER REPEAT! THis kind of mistake is inevitable!

For those who already signed the package, please do ensure everything is okay.. Check and check.. confirm and Re-confirm.. wish you all a blissful marriage!
