Thread: Z Wedding

Just wanna share my little experience here...

I signed my bridal packages at BOWS in Feb. First, I like their gown's design. Second, all their photograher are from Chris Ling Studio. Third, their staffs are friendly.
Hmm... I can't say their bridal packages are cheap, but acceptable. They offer me quite a few additional "items". I think was because I signed in the wedding fair.

My first visit to Z wedding was to collect my free photo frame which out of stock in the fair . The staff show me some wedding albums while I was waiting for my thing. One of the designer come to chit chat with me, she is friendly & helpful.

Second visit was last week, I was going to select my ROM dress. I read a lot of forums said that normally those bridal shop has limited & ugly ROM dresses . Therefore, I have already bought a dress for myself before went to Z wedding for selection. Surprise me, I love their dresses. The dresses are quite new & nice design. Anyway, I still stick with my own dress which I saw in the TV show & finally bought it!!! So, I was asking the girl if I can't change my ROM dress to outdoor gown for shooting. And, she AGREE!

Actually, we only have chance to do the reseach after signed the package. When I read those negative Z wedding reviews, I was really worry and down. But my HTB said why don't we give Z wedding a chance since we have already signed & paid the 50% deposit!? Different people has different expectation. Well, that is true!

Yes I think so too. I think Z wedding is not that bad.

My friend used them and she ask me to ask them as well.

Anyway I am still deciding between them, Di Gio and MDW.

one of my friend is using Di Gio but her feed back is quite negative due to their old & yellowish ROM dress. To play safe, ask them to show you their ROM dress before signing. If the shop can maintain good quality ROM dress, then their bridal gowns should be better.
By the way, when is your big day?

I've tried some ROM gowns with them, but yet to sign anything. Have read a lot of bad reviews about them. However, i've been to a few salons and find that Z wedding's gowns are pretty detailed and exquisite (yes, even for ROM dress). Most of the salons i went offers bridesmaid kind of dress.

Am in a dilemma now..

i'm more keen in LeGrand, but heard they're same boss as z wedding, and read some bad reviews about z wedding actually that makes me think twice about signing up too. But i guess afterall, it is more important how we feel about their service when we actually contact them, rather than what the forum reviewers said. I went to some of the bs that received mostly good reviews yet i don't like their service at all, esp those overseas bs. Don't understand why people rave about them. So i think it's a very personal taste when it comes to service and gowns... and whether you click with the person who served you... to me, most important is the dress. No point if the shop has excellent service yet the dress is not really your dream dress.

I am with MDW but Z wedding is not as bad as some forum complain about them, my friend is with them and she is doing well.

The only reason why I go with MDW is because they have better package when it comes to shooting in HK and I found a gown that I like.

Z wedding has some bad review but it is not all totally true as my friend is with them and they are ok so far.

I think all BS has their fair share of good and bad review. Good feedback tend to get ignore but bad review is always amplified.
