Do you mind sharing your venus bridal package and pre wedding pics?

Also like to find out which photographer, coordinator, make up artist is good at venus.

Hi, just to share with you all, i just recently sign package with venus bridal. We were recommended from my sis's friend, ya as compared to few bridal shop at jb i found their indoor studio are much better. But honestly the service is lack & worst. I think it might not only me encounter this problem. Our 1st coming to venus was being served by a lady called "amanda", when we asked abt their package she nicely introduce and proudly show us their indoor studio. But when abt to negotiate abt their package she was not a good consultant to us, all things can nt be negotiated and the package she gave us was rm4888 with 28 pose which my husband consider too little. But with many ways we are trying to add more pose she die die ignored and said can not. We then go and find others shop. But i told my husband i like their indoor, thats y we decide to return again on our second coming to venus but i told my husband i wont use amanda as my consultant, cos she seems so arrogant with their indoor studio and product, almost all questions that we asked, can nt be negotiated with her. We then sign our package with him since he offer us a good package rm 4888 with more than 30+ poses.
But unfortunately once we signed package, again we were refered again to the lady i dislike "amanda" haihhh...
Ya i notice the way they attract most new coming customers are great by showing them their indoor studio and seems like a lot if things being given & promised by them. But once we were refered to amanda, again every time she treat so rude, all requrement that we need she said can not and can not. From choosing photo result, photo selection, suits selections almost made us unhappy with her. Even when testing suits for groom she just anyhow pick n force ppl to choose until my husband get mad, cos the size she gave one is too small & tight another is too big, we ask whether have other suit for groom she said thats all we have. If u dislike u can go find n make it ur self. Haihhh...we then very very unhappy, but i still try to talk nicely to her told that this is our big day can you please find a better one for us, but she said ok mah u can use the bigger one it very suitable and good, she didnt want to listen our need but she want to serve faster and easier. Haihhh we were speachless, keep argue and nvr help to find better way to us. she then at the end go find another good one for us. Again "amanda" is a worst consultant, but fyi most of customer will be handled over by her at the end.
honestly im very regret sign my life time package with them..
Its too many unsatisfy service from them until i decide to write this to you all to consider. It not only venus bridal at jb, i can recommend "sg bridal" near venus. My sis signed her package there n their service were excellent, their outdoor photo result are excellent too and im sure they have alrdy improved more indoor background. The reason y we didnt sign at sg bridal cos we wanted to try other quality.
Fy consideration, if intend to compare bridal shop dun compare famous or not famous one, but compare their skill in photo editying & their quality (i my self also a photo design& editor) after see my 1selection result, i was really unsatisfy cos i thought their editing skill are great but once saw mine haihhh dun think their quality better than others bridal shop. They just keep repeating their standard editing. I got ask them to change some ugly effect of our photos, but then they said can not, it not because im too choosy, but i know some editing program called "photoshop" better, and for me to edit that ugly effect is easier just need heart to do that but they said can not. Y? Cos they keep repeating old design n skill.
Again for all new couple,if u want to sign prewesding package ask ur self more to aim indoor n outdoor. If you aim outdoor photoshooting for ur prewedding photo, i can tell you that almost all jb bridal shop can do the same quality few recommended bridal are fables, sg bridal, etc. i have compared their quality. the only good point in venus is only their indoor. So dun waste ur once in life time photoshoot to such a worst arrogant bridal shop like venus. They so arrogant cos now they are on the highest rank in bridal shop market. But im sure if they keep stay arrogant and giving their worst services, once a better new bridal shop lead the market with a best and pleasent services sure venus wont be that famous as now. Sure more ppl facing same trouble as mine too.
Untill now i hope can quickly settle this prewedding photo and dun want to go there anymore to see their lack service. If my friend asking i also dun recommend here.
