It is up to you but it is highly recommended.

I had my ROM dates check by a Master as well. I want to make sure it is an auspicious date

Those auspicious wedding dates are more general auspicious dates based on Chinese Almanac, Tong Shu and Tong Sheng Chinese Calendar. If you want more specific dates, you should have it check by master by providing him the bazhi of you and your husband and that of you parents and in-laws
