found a relatively reasonably priced brand called vincci at John Little that has alot of bling (about <$70) and another one starting with M that is around <$40
I think i remember seeing Vincci in Takashimaya before

Maybe you can give them a call to ask if they sell shoes as I know not all Kiyo shop sells shoes.
