    I would say that people who feel frustration in doing exercise should join a dance club.
    Yeah dancing is a good type of exercise and much better to burn your body fats.

    phentermine are two best supplements that are helpful for the weight loss and to be fit and smart. but we should be follow under the guidelines of the professionals.

    Cut down carbo; eat more vegetables and protein stuff.. If not later our breast will become smaller. take protein!!!
    eat like a king in the morning (no fried mee hoon, nasi lemak, etc)
    eat less salad(no sauce) during lunch
    eat meal replacement at night...

    Hi 123girl, i tried Slimming santuary, speng $4k by my weight rebound so based on my experience, I will rather you do not follow my silly foot steps. I tried dieting as well by eating only vege and fruits and almost fainted. And when I lose the determination, i started binging a great deal, lol! Now I am attending yoga classes as well weekly, perspire a lot and lost about 3kg now. Guess so far, yoga is the only one working for me now.

    are you sure about that?
    I mean, is it wise to drink a lot of water. I don't know what does the 'plenty of water' actually mean.
    I just enjoy green tea and cardio exercises to get the result.
