    Mine was without exercise.. With exercise the effect is greater..

    My simple weight loss plan is: (I weight at 49kg and I'm 165cm tall, used to be 10 kg heavier, but I lost the weight quickly and it has stayed of)
    1. Walk, Walk, Walk! I walk almost everywhere, to the store, to the city center, to the post office, everywhere. I also jog or power walk everyday at least 5.00km with my dog. and always use STAIRS!!!!
    2. Eat breakfast every morning. I eat one boiled egg, whole grain toast with light cheese and cucumber and drink water and black coffee with no sugar.
    3. Eat light lunch. I eat usually vegetable soup (less than 40 calories) with chili to keep my metabolism running. I usually also add a little cottage cheese to get some proteins too. I can also eat chicken or salmon salad as a lunch. I don't eat bread or anything like that during lunch, because too much carbs really get's me tired and bloated.
    4. Eat water, a lot of it! I drink 2-3 liters per day. You know you drink enough water when you need to use the toilet almost every hour.
    5. Drink green or white tee with lemon. Some researches say that lemon and green/white tea helps metabolism a lot and you loose weight faster.
    6. Go to the gym at least 3 times a week. I usually do my gym training with my own body weight. There is a lot of training programs at Shape Magazine - Diet, Fitness, Recipes, Healthy Eating Expertise. I do different kinds of training every time, to keep my body shocked and help my body to add muscle. When you do different kind of training, your muscles look slender and nice and well-balanced.
    7. For dinner I usually have chicken salad, soup, steak and salad or tortillas with out cheese!
    8. My snacks are usually fruits, nuts, seeds, or yogurt. I drink milk with my dinner to keep my bones strong. I also take calsium supplements, Vitamin B and magnesium and vitamin D
    9. Sleep at least 8 hours. Sleeping reduces stress. Stress causes weight gain.
    10. Stay active, do things and find something else thas food that you can enjoy!
    11. I have one day every week, when I can eat candy, pizza and other sugary and fatty stuff. I know I can be good 6 days a week, if there is one day when I can eat anything I want

    And remember that your happiness doesn't depend on how much you weight! Love yourself as you are and appreciate your amazing body That way you learn to treat it right and you will be a lot happier
